Carnelian Rough

Carnelian (also spelled cornelian) is a brownish-red mineral which is commonly used as a semi-precious gemstone. The colour can vary greatly, ranging from pale orange to an intense almost-black colouration. It is most commonly found in Brazil, India, Siberia, and Germany.

 

Carnelian is very good for soothing the lower stomach and bowel area and also great at increase energy levels.
